Hermoupolis Village, named after a town on the Greek Island of Syros, is a retail destination with a European feel that is well designed and set in an autumnal landscape. There are many nice touches here including working fountains set in bench lines squares, a period streetcar on an electric track, and period speedboats and cars that fit in well in this plush environment. Textures and scale work very here -- yielding a realism and sense of place missing at other locations. This is a great place for photography -- and also for anyone looking for a place to set up shop since several locations were available for rental. I highly recommend a visit.

I used Windlight sky setting [TOR] MIDDAY - Nostalgika in these images, which I favor for its warm golden light and clear skies. Nostalgika comes as an option in the Firestorm Viewer.
