Great Second Life Destinations: Peatonville Bay -- The Realistic Gateway To Madpea's Asylum Game and Hunt

MadPea Productions has opened Peatonville Bay, a very realistic coastal town with several unique boats and sailing vessels. The town has  a convincing architectural build that reminded me of a small British commercial port. Starting tomorrow, Peatonville will become the gateway to the Asylum grid-wide adventure game, which will begin on Friday, October 9 and remain open through November 30.

Although I do not have the time or inclination to participate in gridwide hunts like this, I do like to photograph well designed and atmospheric destinations in Second Life. Peatonville Bay is a destination that should be at the top of any photographer's list. This is a one-of-a-kind destination and highly recommended for a visit, even if you are not participating in the adventure game.

To visit:

Inara Pey has a very good write up and great photography from Peatonville which I recommend you read first, particularly if you are interested in purchasing a HUD package to play Asylum.

Complete Information on how to play the Peatonville Asylum can be found over at the MadPea web site:
