I returned to Disco Palma last week to see how much the island had changed from January 2014 after seeing a post in the beautifully photographed Bitacora blog. Palma, Majorca is the largest city in Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea and home of very famous beach resorts and islands including club party capital Ibiza.
Where the old rendition of Disco Palma was perhaps too idealized and touristy, the new version is a closer rendition of the brightly colored, and perhaps more concrete beachy commercial structures that you would most likely see if you were to visit. I especially liked the mural and ambience inside the pizza restaurant.
One thing that seemed great fun was the busy and crowded disco with really good modern Spanish and Euro disco music with good looking people simply having a good time. I could not understand what the charismatic lady DJ was saying but she was certainly pumping the busy mixed crowd up.
Disco Palm is a very pretty destination that is gun to visit with or without a dance party. I recommend you visit and kickback in the Majorca sunshine.
