One of Second Life's most spectacular attractions, the Abyss Observatory at Second Earth 3 will be closing down this Sunday, May 31.
The Observatory, open since 2011, and founded by Japanese and Asian members of Second Life, will be moving to a new homebase Farwell in SL and JOGrid in OpenSim. However, many attractions will be closing for good including Captain Nemo's Nautilus, a realistic build based on Jules Verne's classic novel, and underwater aquariums and habitats.
A final tour will be held this Saturday, May 30, at 7:30 am SLT for those interested.
