Great Second Life Art Installations: The Kinetic Brilliance of Moya's Memory

Artist Patrick Moya, who is Moya Janus in Second Life, has a new vibrantly kinetic art installation-- Moya's Memory which I very much enjoyed visiting. Moya's Memory is located at MetaLES, which is host to some of the most innovation multimedia installations in Second Life. The installation resembles a giant computer motherboard of integrated circuits and other electronic components. It is not static --- and flashes with lights and images as the GIF image as the last photograph in this article shows. Moya's Memory takes us on a tour of Patrick's creative genius, with hand-drawn and multimedia images unified in presenting the artists' huge talent and savoir-fair for unified two and three dimensional design. Make sure to visit the sculptures and drawings located beyond the white hills that outline the edge of the installation. This is one of the best art installation currently on display in Second Life and highly recommended.
