Now, if you are a political junkie, the 2016 Presidential election begins today in the United States. The Iowa Caucus is only 15 months away, set for February 1,2016.
In case you want to know why the election was less close then expected, Nate Silver at the 538 Blog sums it up best here:
And there is hope for the Democratic Party-- if a well known politician decides to run for President. We will know her decision soon.
Here is the "Ready for Hillary" website set up independently by people who know she will be the best President. You can get a bumper sticker for your car and other items here:

One more piece of good news: All 6 LGBT House Members (who are out and proud, there are more for sure!) won reelection. They are all Democrats. Five are in the photograph below: Rep. Mark Takano (D-CA), Rep David Cicilline (D-RI), Rep. Kysten Sinema (D-AZ), Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY), Rep Mark Pocan (D-WI). Rep. Jared Polis* (D-CO) is not pictured.
Hey Eddi a political junkie here. I am sure ready for Hillary.
