If anyone would like proof that Linden Lab will continue to maintain a commitment to Second Life, while it prepares the launch of what looks to be an Oculus Rift- centric virtual world sometime in 2015, look no furthur than Meauxle Berueax, the charming new home of the moles of the Linden Department of Public Works. "Mole” is the last name of the Linden Lab’s employees in charge of the Public Works on the Mainland. A great deal of time and effort went into the construction, and Linden Lab employees are very excited and proud of the new sim.
The build is a creation of well-known fantasy designer Kayle Matzerath , and is one of the most charming destinations ever constructed in Second Life. I was pleased to see the vivacious Alexa Linden, someone who has worked for Linden Lab for about as long as I have been a resident, and has been a great help to myself and others in the past. You can see her photography in the destination pub below,
All photography was taken with the native golden sky and misty light of the programmed Windlight.
