Great Second Life Destinations: Mad City, a 1940's Film Noir Cityscape, Up Through The End of August

I love film noir movies from the 1940's and 50's. Their dark atmospheric sets of American cities, most notably New York and Los Angles, are stylized and threatening at the same time. The subject matter almost always involved crime, cynical attitudes, and sexual motivations.

Mad City brings has done a good job in building Room 326 - a film noir murder mystery with a grid-wide hunt. Only during July - August. I simply enjoyed walking around taking these rainy night time photographs which would look even better in black and white Silvertones, a conversation I will do next.
