Real Life Hunk of the Week: Soccer Player Lance Parket

Hunky Lance Parker is 27 years old and  was born in Oklahoma.  He is a professional soccer player currently playing  for FC Edmonton in the North American Soccer League.  His six foot 4 inch height helps him play goalie well. Lance does model work and is increasingly visible but does not publicize this much, and wants to be known as a professional athlete and not just another pretty face for a living.

Apologies Are In Order

Apologies are in order to anyone I dropped from my friends list as either Eddi Haskell or Ryce Skytower in the past two weeks, and who is offended.

Two people sent messages yesterday to me -- one as Eddi, and one as Ryce asking why I did this.

I removed well over 1000 names from both Eddi and Ryce's lists.  Both Eddi and Ryce had friends lists of well over 1000 names each.  I had not culled my friends lists back in a very long time.

Because of this, It was becoming impossible to log in in a decent amount of time. Second Life does not like friends lists of more than 300 names.

The people I left were people who I speak to at least once every four weeks. I did put up a notice about this on my profile.

If I dropped you, and you do not know why, it is not because I do not like you -- but because it was taking well over two minutes to rez in. I am on wireless now, and things are slower.

So apologies, and if you IM me I would be glad to re-add you!

I have been looking forward to this event for a while.

This means one million, one hundred and eleven thousand, and one hundered and eleven page views for the combined counts of Eddi and Ryce's blogs since their inception four years ago.

or 1,111,111 page views.

I am not sure numerology means anything but it still is a cool thing to see on New Year's eve.
