Great Second Life Destinations:A Rainy Apocalypse At Ironwood Hills

An unexploded nuclear weapons lies at the heart of post-apocalyptic Ironwood Hills.  The town is cold and deserted, and the falling rain, which absolutely pours here, adds to the chill and gloom of the destination.  The overall effect here is quite realistic with humour, I particularly liked the sign for the Second Life Brothel which has a real 1940's feel to it. The dark gloom of this destination does a good job in making the abandoned amusement park, which is de rigeur for regions of this genre in Second Life truly cold and creepy. I liked Ironwood Hills quite a bit, and recommend it for photographers and others who like to explore offbeat destinations. Make sure to visit.
