Update From Eddi: No Winter Photography Until Early December

London City  in December, 2013

Many travel and destination blogs in Second Life are beginning to cover winter landscapes, with fresh snowfalls and gorgeous holiday lights. However, I am not planning to run any new winter photography until early December. I need to be in a winter frame of mind before I immerse myself in frosty Second Life snow, and I am not there yet.

I am still enjoying the cooler and dryer days of a South Florida Autumn, with temperatures below 80 degrees (27 celsius) for the first time since May. In addition. our torrential daily rains from our summer monsoon season ended in October. Holiday time in Florida means crowds of people -  our population literally increases about 40% from summer months, and longer lines at restaurants and busy traffic. We are not overcrowded yet, but will be in about 10 days.

So if you are looking forward to winter scenes, please be patient, and enjoy these GIFS from London City taken in December, 2013. To see more animated winter photography from London City, you can check my post from New Year's Day 2014:

  1. Yes it does get busy this time of year in Florida. Lived there 8 years and loved it.
