Must-See Event: Make Sure To Visit The Burning Man at BURN2 Before it Closes on October 28

This year's BURN2 Celebration, which is a recognized "regional" event for the international Burning Man event-- which is held in late August / early September of every year is spectacular and not to be missed. This year's celebration, the BURN2  has taken a giant step forward for what we should be looking for in multi-sim events in Second Life. I was dazzled with the well constructed structures and pavilions, and the artistic level of achievement here.

Unlike the SLB (Second Life Birthday celebrations, there is nothing crowded or forces about the exhibits, A common theme was applied that the organizers define as follows (from the BURN2 Web Site):

"This year, we will create a caravansary that occupies the crossroads of a dreamland: a bazaar of the bizarre, wherein treasures of every sort, from every land and age,"

The torches, lights, animations, and other effects at BURN2 do not overwhelm and work very well with each other. The professionalism of the designers and artists show.

The highlight of BURN2 will be the burning of Burning Man himself, set for Saturday, October 25. You can find the times in the published event schedule here, together with DJ and party schedules:

BURN2 Caravansary Saturday, October 18th and will run through until  October 28th, and is located on 6 Sims.

A 30% Orton effect was applied to each image.
