Autumn Foliage Week 2014: Fall Colors At Their Peak at Jacob's Pond

Autumn (or the Fall season for people in the United States)  is my favorite time for landscape photography. Many regions of Second Life are now bursting out in gorgeous warm Autumn colors. I will be spending the next week photographing destinations which showcase glorious autumn colors at their peak. You can catch the list of destinations I have selected further down this article.

Dacotah Longfall's creation, The Pines at Jacob's Pond, is a very charming and relaxing destination. The mass plantings of trees and flowering plants, which give this destination so much of its character, are naturally done without any repetitive symmetry Every turn brings a new charm, whether its the flying lanterns over the tree-lined pond in bright autumn colors, or the company of horses in a fenced in coastal field.
