Virtualizations of real-life destinations are my favorite places to visit in Second Life. Japan currently ranks as the #1 place in Second Life for realistic inworld builds. This is a good thing, Japanese landscaping and scenery are magnificent, and gorgeous small-scale buildings and gardens on limited land sizes is what Japan is best at. Pomponne is a worth addition to virtual Japan in Second Life and has great scale, including the interiors of the stores and cafes and the perfect scale of the canals and streets that run through the town. This is a restful and pretty place to visit and photograph and is highly recommended for a visit.
