Great Second Life Destinations: The Millhouse Cafe & Parkland - Charm on a Human Scale

Addendum from Eddi on April 10 2014:  Note that the Millhouse Cafe is now a store called Making Memories. The destination still has the same landscaping and is very nice to visit.

I was charmed by The Millhouse Cafe.  The interior design and furnishings of the main house were the highlight of the parcel; the exterior grounds were a bit crowded but are also enjoyable to visit. This parcel is also the location of a fashion store which you can teleport to. The Millhouse Cafe is a refreshing destination and is highly recommended for a visit.

On an interesting note:  Way back in 2008, I had a house on this exact parcel. You can see a photograph taken from this location over 5 years ago below.

The Orsini Fashion Shore - with female fashion items -  is located above the Cafe.

All images with taken with Windlight Sky Setting Bentham.

I took this photograph from this exact  location in January, 2009. The image was used  as the cover of Metaverse Messenger in 2009 for the Holiday Issue later that year.
