Great Second Life Destinations; The Royal Opera and Ballroom at Luminaux

Yesterday, I reviewed the Illumination Library at Luminaux, part of a arts oriented cluster of showcase sims built in a grand French 1700 style. The Royal Opera and Ballroom are on a matching neighboring sim and similarly designed. Numerous fountains surround the two structures. The Opera House is grandly furnished in deep reddish tones and has a magnificently painted dome. The light and airy ballroom compliments the Opera, I especially liked the fan vaulted effect of the ceiling in the sitting area. Kaya Angel of Angel Manor and the Rose Theater designed several of the structures.

There are many arts and music events held here, you can check the sign board in the arrival area to see what is playing. I highly recommend that you visit here.
